Hello Hilary,

Could you try the following to see whether it works for you?

Go to about://settings/content, under "Protected Content", make sure "Allow
identifiers for protected content ...." is checked.

No, this is not resolved-
FYI, Icognito is a chrome browser mode that is like a "private" browsing
mode. I never use this.
If you use chrome and look at the help section for those with netflix
problems it says it wont run in either a guest session
or in an incognito tab- either way i still need help, i've followed
instructions to allow PPAPI, Netflix, & Widevine encryption extensions, but
non work and i need assistance from a google tech who can escalate this
ticket.

Hi Hilary,

The Native Client mailing list isn't related to Netflix or Chromebook
support, it's related to developers writing code. The Chromebook support
site has better resources in helping to fix these types of issues:

https://support.google.com/chromebook/

It also has live chat and call support.

Hope this helps,

JF
